What is KSeF?

KSeF is a central IT system operated by the Ministry of Finance. Invoices issued in KSeF receive a unique identifying number (KSeF ID) and are stored for 10 years on Ministry of Finance servers. Every B2B invoice issued by a Polish company will have to go through KSeF.

What does TAX NINJA do as part of KSeF support?

  • Rolling out e-invoicing in the system you already use
  • Setting up the KSeF integration (token, authorizations)
  • Handling KSeF offline mode — invoicing when there is no connection
  • Verifying the correctness of the XML FA(3) before submission

When will KSeF become mandatory?

Mandatory KSeF for active VAT taxpayers is planned for 2026 (the deadline may change — we keep up with the latest news). TAX NINJA keeps clients informed of changes as they happen and implements them as part of ongoing service — at no additional charge.
