Company registration — JDG step by step with TAX NINJA
Got a business idea but the paperwork scares you? No wonder — registering a company involves several important decisions that will affect your taxes for years to come. TAX NINJA will guide you through the entire process — from choosing the taxation form to issuing your first invoice.

What does the process look like?
Analysis and selection
We choose the optimal taxation form: lump-sum (ryczałt), KPiR flat rate, or the tax scale.
Registration
We register the company through CEIDG and file it with ZUS and VAT.
Onboarding
We set up your invoicing system and KSeF, and begin providing services.
What do we handle for you?
- Analysis and selection of the optimal taxation form (lump-sum, KPiR flat rate, KPiR tax scale)
- Company registration through CEIDG (free, online)
- Registration with ZUS — choosing the right contributions to start with (Mały ZUS, Ulga na start / Relief for a Start)
- VAT registration (VAT-R) — if required or beneficial
- VAT EU registration — if you work with foreign entities
- NIP and REGON application — automatically through CEIDG
- Configuration of a KSeF-compliant invoicing system
- Onboarding to cooperation with TAX NINJA — full service from day one
Relief for a Start and Mały ZUS — don't overpay from the outset
If you are setting up a business for the first time (or after a break of more than 5 years), you can skip social ZUS contributions for 6 months (Ulga na start / Relief for a Start). For the next 24 months you can take advantage of reduced contributions (Preferential ZUS). TAX NINJA will make sure you benefit from every relief you are entitled to.
VAT registration — when is it worth it?
VAT registration becomes mandatory once you exceed PLN 200,000 in annual revenue, but many businesses choose it right away — especially when selling to other companies or planning to work with foreign contractors. We will advise on what makes sense in your case.
Legal form matters
JDG is the simplest form — quick registration, minimal formalities, and full liability of the owner. If you are planning a larger business or a partner, it may be worth considering a company (spółka). TAX NINJA will help you evaluate both paths.
