Representation before the US and ZUS — relax, we're right beside you
A summons from the tax office, a letter from ZUS, an audit, verification activities — any such letter can throw an entrepreneur off their stride. TAX NINJA takes over all contact with the authorities on your behalf. We act under a power of attorney, so correspondence comes directly to us, we respond on time, and you keep your peace of mind and full control over the situation.

How does representation work in practice?
Power of attorney
You sign a power of attorney (UPL-1 for the US, ZUS-PEL for ZUS). From that moment on, the authorities contact us.
Handling correspondence
We receive the letters, analyze them, agree on a position with you, and prepare the responses.
On-site representation
In the event of an audit or hearing, we are present and handle the matter step by step, all the way to its conclusion.
Don't leave a letter from the authorities until the last minute. The sooner you pass it on to us, the more we can do. The first consultation is free.
When is it worth using representation?
Our representation is used both by clients under ongoing accounting service and by entrepreneurs who need one-off help with a specific matter:
- You've received a summons to provide explanations or documents
- Verification activities or a tax audit are underway against you
- You've received a decision you disagree with and want to file an appeal
- ZUS is questioning your contribution base or insurance period
- You need an individual tax ruling or an application to pay arrears in installments
- You want someone to monitor correspondence with the authorities on your behalf on a permanent basis
We treat every matter individually — we analyze the facts, the documentation, and the risks, and then work out the best course of action with you.
What does representation before the Tax Office (US) cover?
Under the power of attorney for the US (UPL-1), we act across the full scope of the client's tax matters:

- Filing corrections to declarations together with a voluntary disclosure (czynny żal)

If you keep your accounts with us, representation in day-to-day matters (summons, verification activities, correspondence) is part of your subscription — at no additional charge. If you need one-off help (a single audit, an appeal, proceedings), we will price the matter individually after reviewing the documents.
